The company has developed amaryllis bulbs that can be grown outdoors in open ground in the Netherlands, with flowers brought into bloom on water. Amaryllis (Hippeastrum) is traditionally known as an exclusive Christmas flower. Due to energy-intensive greenhouse production, sales have historically been concentrated around December. Park Amaryllis fundamentally breaks this pattern with an innovative cultivation and production protocol.
