CNB Dahlia & Calla Garden to open on 26 July

Just as every other year, the CNB Dahlia Team and the CNB Calla Team are busy making sure that the CNB Dahlia & Calla Garden will be overflowing with flowers this summer.
To make this possible, around 375 Dahlia varieties and 60 Calla varieties were planted this year on the Applied Plant Research property on Heereweg / Prof. Van Slogterenweg in Lisse across from the CNB building.
The collection consists of many new introductions developed by a number of breeders that were made available for planting by around 50 senders.

The garden will then remain open through 1 October 2010.
Visiting hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on weekdays and 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on Saturdays.
The large assortment of dahlias and callas ensures that the garden will again have plenty to offer to interested parties this summer.
It will give visitors an opportunity to get a good look at the varieties in order to make choices for their own product lines.
While at the garden, visitors can pick up a guide to make it easy to find the varieties planted there.
